Guest passes
A guest pass allows a VIP member to bring a friend or colleague to experience Cosmic Spa without paying the standard entrance fee. The guest enjoys selected complimentary access, while any additional treatments are paid for unless specifically included by the member.
Every tier includes a complimentary guest pass each month. What your guest enjoys on arrival depends on the membership that invited them.
Fair-use policy
So that every member enjoys the calm they came for, the programme runs on a short and transparent set of principles.
Membership is personal and non-transferable (except guest passes).
Unlimited benefits are limited to one treatment per category per day.
Advance booking is required.
Benefits are subject to therapist and facility availability.
Selected specialist or outsourced procedures may incur an additional charge.
Missed appointments without adequate notice may be forfeited.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with promotional offers.
Membership benefits do not roll over from month to month. Your full allocation refreshes on your billing date.
